We are seeking an experienced and motivated Power BI Lead to join our data analytics team. Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Power BI developers and analysts to design, develop, and maintain interactive and impactful data visualizations and dashboards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs, translating them into effective Power BI solutions.
Design and implement data models, data flows, and relationships in Power BI to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
Develop complex DAX calculations and measures to support advanced data analytics within Power BI reports.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations that provide actionable insights.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Mentor and coach team members on Power BI best practices, data visualization techniques, and dashboard design principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Analyst, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful dashboards and reports.
Expertise in designing and implementing data models, relationships, and DAX calculations in Power BI.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to guide and mentor a team effectively.
Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization principles, and understanding of business intelligence concepts.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with various data sources, such as relational databases, APIs, and Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
