The Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve organizational objectives. This position requires a dynamic and creative professional with a strong background in marketing strategy, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
4 Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, advertising, and events.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and creative services, to align marketing efforts with business goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in marketing management with a track record of successful campaigns.
