We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive effective marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing analytics, a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance.


1. Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems, and market research reports.
2. Perform in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement.
3. Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
4. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.


1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing analytics or data science are a plus.
2. Proven experience in marketing analysis, data analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and complex datasets.
4. Proficiency in using data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
5. Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, data modeling, and data mining methodologies.
6. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
