We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Hub Managers to join our dynamic team in NCR and BLR. As a Hub Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our hubs, delivering a seamless experience to our customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Hub Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring smooth functioning of all processes, including order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational efficiency.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of hub staff, including supervisors, delivery personnel, and warehouse staff.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets productivity and service quality targets.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing wastage. Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure product availability.

Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any quality issues.

Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all hub personnel. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Hub Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track hub performance, such as order accuracy, delivery times, and inventory turnover. Analyze data and implement improvements based on performance metrics.

Cost Management: Manage and optimize hub-related expenses, including labor, transportation, and facility maintenance. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Hub Expansion and Growth: Collaborate with senior management to develop expansion strategies for the hub, including potential new locations and service offerings.
Contribute to the achievement of revenue and growth targets.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on hub operations, performance, and key metrics for senior management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management in the instant grocery and food tech industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in NCR and BLR.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory and operations management.
