As a Catalog Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the product catalog to ensure accurate and compelling product listings across various sales channels. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and e-commerce, to enhance the visibility, discoverability, and overall quality of the catalog. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, managing updates and additions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Catalog Management:
Maintain and update the product catalog, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all product listings.
Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to gather and review product information, specifications, images, and other relevant details for catalog inclusion.
Perform regular audits of the catalog to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in product information, pricing, or availability.
Content Creation and Optimization:
Write engaging and accurate product descriptions, titles, and keywords to optimize product listings for search engine visibility and conversion.
Ensure consistency in product attributes, categorization, and metadata to enhance product discoverability and navigation.


Proven experience in catalog management, product data management, or e-commerce operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling product information and data.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and product information management (PIM) systems.
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) to manage and manipulate product data.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise product descriptions.
