As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchasing journey. Your primary role will involve providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs and preferences, and recommending suitable vehicles. You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, establishing a positive rapport.
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
2. Provide detailed product information, including features, specifications, and available options, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
3. Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the vehicle’s performance and features.
4. Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork, such as finance or lease applications.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
2. Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-oriented sales role.
3. In-depth knowledge of automotive products, including different vehicle makes, models, and features.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and build relationships.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and meet targets.
