Shift: Day shift ( Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm )

Skillset:  1-year experience in Customer support /Insurance experience Added Advantage /

Qualification: Any Graduates

5.5 Days working 2-day week offs. 1st and 3rd Saturday will we working day

Shift Timing: shifts between 09: 30 am -06:30 pm

Job Roles :

• Candidates should be good in English + any 1 language Malayalam,Tamil,Kannada,Hindi

• The candidate should be having good knowledge in banking Sales.

• Managing relationships with customers.

• Conducting customer interviews.

• Identifying and communicating customer needs.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Resolving customer issues and concerns.

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

• Drive Credit Cards (CC) and Personal Loans (PL) (Secured and Unsecured) business through Bank branches.

• Create and drive alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels.

• Open up avenues for business through corporate channel.
