As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROI, and delivering actionable insights through detailed reporting and analysis.
Paid Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to achieve business objectives.
Campaign Management: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, A/B testing, and bid management to ensure optimal performance.
Budget Management: Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to achieve cost-effective results while maximizing ROI.
Data Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to provide a clear view of key metrics and KPIs. Present findings to the team and make data-driven recommendations.
Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to optimize landing pages and ad creatives for improved conversion rates.
Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification is a plus.
